Finding simple solutions in a complex financial world is what I do every day. Money does not have to be complicated; it can be easy if someone helps you with a framework to implement a few simple solutions. As a Certified Financial Planner® my focus is on financial and tax planning as well as investing designed to meet your various financial goals.

I graduated from the University of Oregon with a BA in English and later received a Secondary Education Teaching Certificate. My CFP® designation is from the College of Financial Planning in Denver Colorado. Teaching financial education classes and public speaking comes naturally.

My husband Craig and I love everything from world traveling to sailing to back country skiing to photography. After five years of teaching high school in Colorado, the lure of the Pacific Northwest brought me to Bend where I could combine my love of skiing and concentrate on my professional endeavors of international art and handicrafts.

Eventually I moved back to Eugene to work full-time as a professional artist. My photography work was balanced between portraits, weddings and concerts. Some of the most notable concerts photographed included the Rolling Stones, The Grateful Dead and Sarah McLaughlin. My black and white photography shows are fairly extensive. As Craig and I acquired properties, there became a desire for us to become proficient in managing money.

I joined Carter & Carter Financial, Registered Investment Advisor over six years ago with a goal of helping others attain financial freedom. It is truly a pleasure to be part of this organization that shares my values and an organization devoted to family and friends. I also love being part of the KOPT and KPNW radio broadcasts.
